Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

A: Click Forgot Password on the AvidXchange Sign-In page, enter your Username, and click Reset via Email. Look in your inbox for the system generated email and follow the prompts.

  1. If you have set up multifactor authentication for your account, you may choose to have the Password reset instructions sent via the below methods:
    • SMS - A text message with a secure code will be sent to your phone.
    • Google Authenticator - Any 2 Factor application that uses TOTP will send a push notification to your mobile device.
    • Email - An email with a secure code will be sent to your inbox.

Q: What should I do if I forget my username?

A: To retrieve your username, contact your system administrator.
